Now this IS what real customer service SHOULD be like. Hands-down best experience I’ve had in years. Absolutely stunning bouquet 💐 for our daughter, hand-delivered, on short notice (my fault) and because the owner of this business felt “motherly” towards us & our situation, I was in tears! Hills Floral design did our Floral centerpieces and 2 bouquets for my company’s Banquet. They were great to work with, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for and the owner guided me through the process. I truly appreciated that. She made everything easy and smooth. Top notch customer service! Not to mention, the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing. We had vendors calling me afterwards to inquire about where we got our arrangements from. Definitely recommend Hills!

Beautiful floral arrangement, In His Hands, was delivered on time. I ordered online with color specification and confirmed by phone. Person who I spoke to was very professional and nice. I definitely recommend!

This is the first time I have ordered from this florist. I found them online & shopped through their website. They have a nice selection of item's to choose from. The arrangement I ordered was for a relative in UK hospital & they absolutely loved it! I highly recommend Hill's Floral Design in Lexington, Ky.

I ordered a simple white corsage and boutonniere set. Veonca messaged me saying the white roses were browning and offered a substitution. I told her the colors of the dress and tux and she what she came up with was perfect. Outstanding customer service. I will be back!

This was my first experience ordering from this florist and I will only ever go here from now on! The website was super easy to navigate and then the day before pickup, I received a text with different shades of ribbon for me to choose from and I really appreciated that! Then, on day of pickup, I arrived late but they were still so nice and the corsage was PERFECT! I had gotten word on the way to pick up the corsage that my son was not going to have a boutonnière, so I asked if she would at all have the time to make him a matching one. She was so understanding and sweet and, even after I arrived late and they were less than an hour from closing, she created a perfect boutonnière for my son. I highly recommend them and am so glad that I found them.

Let me tell you about the exceptional service I received today. I had a last minute request for a prom corsage and they were able to fit me in and match the colors to perfection. Excellent customer service and friendly and not to mention beautiful floral arrangements. Keep them in mind for all your floral needs and wants.

Hills Florist were the MVP in making sure my son had a beautiful corsage for his prom date. They stayed in contact through the process and even advised changes when they felt their flowers weren't up to standard for their shop, so that the corsage and boutonniere only had the prettiest of roses. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Such a wonderful experience ordering flowers from here! The website was easy to navigate with beautiful arrangements at very reasonable prices. The delivery updates were amazing - I knew where the flowers were every step of the way. The recipient loved them, and I loved that the note was even handwritten!
